Memories of a Riding Raft,
Hey everybody! This is Juie here.

Welcome you all to Juie's podcast episodes.This is My first attempt to make a podcast episode.
Today in this episode I' ve come up with memories of riding raft in my childhood days.Hope you will be super thrilled listening to my vivid adventurous experience of riding raft which happened before my turning out to be 13.

Well, It was a very nice and sunny afternoon of monsoon. After a pretty much long time incessant crazy downpour, my dear village had got a beautiful sunny golden afternoon.The sky was overcast with crystal white flying clouds.It’s looking so transparent and really awesome!
Whole village looked like fresh and lovely. Here and there on the roads are lots of puddles noticeable because of continuous torrential rain for 6/7 days.All the village canals,holes,ponds, dighis and fields got overflowed with rain water.All the crops of the fields went under 2/3 feet water. As far as the eye could see it seemed like the sea.

We were a group of 5 naughty and fearless peers.We all were real mischievous and adventurous !! So, on that sunny afternoon, we all playmates decided to take a raft trip on the submerged fields all together.

So you know, taking a raft trip is not an easy task, upon thinking we can not do that,na? We needed to do a plethora of things to build a real raft capable of carrying 5 chubby kids like us😃.First of all we felt necessity of elements to make it,like floatable something, it could be banana tree and hard bamboo twigs for nailing properly.However we arranged all necessary stuffs and within a short time we won our battle of building a pretty nice raft of our own!

One more thing I would like to say here...
we already spent a lot of time building the raft, so when decided to float our raft on the sea- like flooded fields, then it was about the late afternoon, i.e near evening.Hence some of us proposed to go back home for that day. But it is I who insisted on floating the raft that very day😊!Cause I was so thrilled about riding raft that I didn’t want any late! I Couldn't tolerate any waiting!
Even I didn’t feel any necessity to inform my parents to get permission to go on such risky long raft ride far! I was greatly sure that my parents would never permit me to do such mischievous risky ride on water as that time the water level was about 2/3 feet in the field. But I was not ready to listen to them! 😃

So after much deliberation and reckoning, we finally left for super thrilling ever first raft ride! Wow!!! It's done! We all boarded on raft! We started finally! Ah! What a feeling it was! I can’t express it in words! It's incredible! Fantastic! Superb! We were floating on sea, enjoying slight cool windy
Ride! Two of us were sailing, the rest of us were shouting,doing fun,singing in chorus, clapping, everything!

It looked like we were in heavenly moment!
We went up so far away from our residence! Out of excitement we nobody paid attention about the fact that it 's getting quite evening, it's getting dark around us!

Suddenly one of us made us get back sense that we needed to get back home, it’s getting almost night gradually! But we went up too far to return back within short time, means before quite dark everywhere.
We also felt that we already lost our way back as It's got dark! We all fell in deep tension! Our excitement turned into tension and fear! Our little one was about to cry out of fear! I was also feeling fear but I suppressed it to enkindle courage in other peers.
Eventually somehow we managed ours get back on the plain land though on the way we had to face a little raft wreck ! No big mishap happened, we all just got soaked!
But soaked!!
It's enough to be cought in the hand of my mother! " Today I am undone! I will have to be caught! I will have to be scolded acutely! I will have to be questioned rudely! I will have to be punished severely! Sure! I am damn sure! " my
