Adventures in Being Gifted

Added this podcast to my daily routine and get a ton of insight about my kids and a lot of adult gifted people I know. I find it very interesting to learn about how we are all wired differently- it serves as a good reminder to look beyond our first assumption about a behavior or something that was said. Great brain food! Thank you Jill and Jessica for bringing some light to this topic!

My 8-year-old daughter and I love listening to this podcast! There is so much insight, helpful information, and relatable content for both of us. Jessica and Jill are so thoughtful about the professionals they interview and ask such insightful questions, all while adding their own knowledge and experiences. My daughter said she loves how interesting it is and that they involve kids in it too. She also finds it “a great source of learning” and says “it’s amazing to hear my own GPS teachers talking and a bunch of people listening to them!”. We absolutely recommend listening, whether you are a parent of a gifted child, a teacher, or gifted yourself. You will gain a better understanding of what it means to be gifted and resources to help you be the best parent or teacher to gifted children that you can be.

I am excited to find this podcast so I can enjoy the adventure of raising my gifted children. Jess and Jill introduced so many interesting topics and invited many speakers for different conversations. The contents are just so rich that one can always learn a lot from each episode.
