Against the Grain

The journey to start a community oriented bakery and to change peoples relationship with bread is delightful. After taking one of Zach’s sourdough classes, I was intrigued to learn more of the story of Rebel Bread. Zach’s story is interesting and educational, I learn something new every episode.

I just started listening to this last week and now I’ve listen to every episode. I was so inspired that I have started an at home baking bread company called the Kneady Bread Company where I bake a loaf to sell and give a loaf to the homeless community in the park every day. I’m going to be at the farmers market this season. I loved all of your episodes and how real you were. It was super inspiring and I hope that you’ll come back and do another podcast soon because I love hearing your story.

Zach’s well-spoken and we’ll thought-out podcast about Rebel Bread is so engaging. I feel like I’m living vicariously through his entrepreneurial efforts in creating his bakery.
