Respite care is short term refief for primary caregivers.  Boy oh boy, when taking care of someone with Alzheimers.  It is a must for the caregiver to get some Respite relief.  Respite can be provided at home, in a health care facility or at an adult day care facility.  Check out this Alzheimers Moment for a bit more information to ease your mind and prepare yourself when you think you can do it all by yourself.  Respite is a must!
