My name is Nicole Xiques and like many other women I have connected with, I struggled to find my true voice and embrace the parts of me that made me who I was. As a woman's empowerment motivational speaker, I share my stories to give others the permission to share theirs. Going through my own personal journey of discovering my empowered and unguarded soul, I created a sacred space and community for other women to fall in love with themselves, recognize their strength and live from their heart.

    Speaking Your Truth

    Speaking Your Truth

For Aundrea Smith, a self-proclaimed "quiet black girl", the journey of finding her voice in a predominantly white space has helped shaped her into who she is as a black woman. Being one of my high school classmates, 17 years later Aundrea and I get the amazing opportunity to reconnect and have an open and honest conversation about race, differences and the importance of always being true to who you are. This conversation is close to my heart because I know both of us hope listening will give you insight to see that we are all the same deep down.

You can buy Aundrea's book: For The Quiet Black Girl: Trying to Find Her Voice In A Predominantly White Space on Amazon. You can also follow her at www.spithoney.com

Inspiring for men and women!

As a man, I find this podcast to be inspiring, uplifting, and enlightening. Although the conversations are women-focused, men have a lot to gain from this podcast too. I would recommend it for anyone who has ever felt lonely, detached, or just uninspired and looks for not just inspiration but support and motivation to shine beyond what you thought you could be.
