Great podcast interview with Barb Higgins. It’s was great honor to expand that our voice about grief is not hidden. Thank you so much Reid. “You no longer have to tell yourself you’re supposed to think or feel a certain way or that somehow you’re responsible for the comfort of others in your own grief.”

My father died in 2021. His death has devastated my family. I am struggling with grief. I have a therapist that helps. This podcast gives me great practical advice. This podcast makes me know that what I feel is real and that I am not crazy. The words express what I feel and when the podcast is finished I feel like I have been given additional tools to fight this grief battle.

I just listened Tina's story on loss of her mom and I resonated with everything she wrote. I love the podcast and how respectful the speaker is in narrating the stories. Best podcast on grief. Thank you so much for doing this.

I feel like every episode on pet loss harps on how grieving about the death of your pet is valid. It is valid- in my experience I have not heard any of my social circles tell me that they do not support me. I wish that this episode had gone further so that it could help people that have gone past that first bump in the road.
