174: The Sickos Defeat Death
Guest host erica dreisbach fills in for Joe and reveals how to defeat aging and live forever by buying pills from the store that a disgraced charlatan told you about. Remember everyone who's ever died? Well if they knew to take saw palmetto like erica they'd still be alive. My proof? erica is alive idiot, QED

173: The Sickos Design Final Fantasy 17
Square Enix is f****d because no one liked Final Fantasy 16. They need the next mainline entry to be a rock-solid crowdpleaser that's cheap and fast to develop. Luckily the Sickos have a perfect solution: just take out the shitty parts of Octopath Traveler 2, a game that's like 80% of the way there.
-
172: The Sickos Rank the Monsters
It's our spookiest episode yet as the Sickos rank the Halloween monsters in a bone-chilling tournament! This one's pretty dumb (non-derogatory)
-
171: Sean Rose Goes Guesto Mode
Sean Rose goes guesto mode! We discuss Sean's comic Red Ring of Death, a parody of inescapable mid-2000s gaming webcomics, his podcast The Hornet's Nest, in which reformed supervillain Dr. Hornet hosts a local classic rock radio show, and for the first time in the show's history, ANIME!
-
170: Obama is Gay With Tucker's Friend
The Sickos discuss the story of the millenium: Obama is allegedly gay with Tucker's buddy. This is sure to really move the needle. Plus, numerous goofy segments and discussions of the games Nioh 2 and Luck be a Landlord.

169: The Sickos Create the Perfect Parenting Guide
With Joe's baby on the way, the Sickos use their genius minds to solve the age old question of how to be a perfect parent who raises a child who never experiences sadness or pain. The answer: make them play a bunch of JRPGs and Mario. Touch screens do NOT COUNT as gaming, people. Kids need controllers, not iPads.

This Podcast Saved My Files
A week after accidentally deleting a critical notes folder on my Gaming PC (which I foolishly use for holding Text Files) and frantically restoring them, a tweet from the Sickos about an RPG supplement they wrote for made me realize I was missing my note file listing cool stuff on itch.io. Turns out a bunch of files hadn't been recovered properly! I was able to restore them eventually (including "Netrunner.md" where I record all the dumb ways I've flatlined). But if it wasn't for these brave Posters shilling their work, I would never have known my overcomplicated note syncing system had been so borked.
Their podcast is also good.
Turbo nerds
Usually when you find someone who’s this level of turbo nerd you’d find them pretending they could do a kamamahameha and saying curse words like they’d get it trouble if their mom heard them say it. These two have somehow subverted the norm and are reasonably well adjusted while being nerdy entertaining. Keep it up!
Anime Sickos Podcast
This show has my favorite description of Hunter x Hunter. Gon’s dad went out for cigarettes one day which led Gon to believe that cigarettes rule, which they do.
