April Vihilidal’s recent Archeo-astronomical discovery, of August 2012, is the Archeo-astronomical find of the time. She has labeled her find, 'The Shadow Phenomenon of the Sphinx'. Her pod casts are aimed at educating people about her Archeo-astronomical find. April Vihilidal aspires to share her knowledge about Ancient Cultures and their relevance in today's modern society. She holds the intent of educating her audience concerning Precession of the Equinoxes. She desires to communicate with her curious audience concerning Orbital Geometry, Sacred Geometry, and Geo-mathematics. Finally, through those very important and unique communications, she envisions the infinite expansion her own consciousness. She imagines herself sharing with her audience and her audience reciprocating concerning her most sacred and scientific journey. AVihilidal paints the picture of a lifetime devoted to the continued and infinitely extendable exploration of, "The Shadow Phenomenon on the Sphinx.' With great respect and care for ancient cultures, AVihilidal also continues researching the Sphinx under its ancient classifications as Hor-emak-et and Hor-akty or Horus ‘in’ the Horizon and Horus ‘on’ the Horizon respectively. Horus is synonymous with the sun. The Sphinx is a Titanic Sundial built during the Epoch of Leo when the Constellation of Leo, the Lion, on the ecliptic was 'in the horizon' each Vernal Equinox.

Now, as of Pi Day, March 14th, April Vihilidal has made yet another NEW Archeo-astronomical discovery entitled, ‘Pi and the Circumference of the Earth encoded via the Geodesic Co-ordinates of the Sphinx and the Giza Delta Map’! Stay tuned for new information concerning both of her Archeo-astronomical finds.

Pi Day: Another NEW Archeo-astronomical Discovery

Pi Day: Another NEW Archeo-astronomical Discovery

As above so below. The Earth mirrors the Sacred Celestial Sphere above. How does the Earth mirror the Sacred Celestial Sphere above. The three main pyramids of Giza: 1) The Pyramid of Khufu also known as The Great Pyramid of Giza or the Pyramid of Cheops [his Greek name]. It is a reflection of the star Alnitak.
    2) The Pyramid of Khafre or Pyramid of Chefren [his Greek name], is also known as the centre pyramid. It is a reflection of the star Alnilam.
    3) The Pyramid of Menkaure or Mykerinos [his Greek name] is the smallest one of these fascinating structures. It is a reflection of the star Mintaka.
Together they are the reflection of the asterism known as the Orion’s Belt containing the three stars just mentioned:  Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka.
To continue with this presentation, allow me to firstly present an opaque version of the map of Giza, Alexandria, and Port Said over the smiling face of the Sphinx. Secondly, allow me to superimpose one of the faces of the Pyramid of Khafre, also known as the Pyramid of Chefren or the middle pyramid over the smiling face of the Sphinx. This is how my most recent Archeo-astronomical find began.
How is this so?’, you may be asking. What ties the Egyptian Delta map of Giza, Alexandria and Port Said to the pyramid known today as, Pyramid of Khafre, also known as the Pyramid of Chefren, and thereby to the distant star of, Alnilam?
When teaching I always repeat import concepts three times in a row. My teaching motto is, ‘Three’s the charm’. Listen carefully, for the third time, for these two numbers, as they are the basis of my newest Archeo-astronomical discovery, ‘Pi and the Circumference of the Earth encoded via the Geodesic Co-ordinates of the Sphinx and the Giza Delta Map’.
The two important numbers are; ...
Please view this pod cast to glean these two important numbers!
Warning: There is a two minute contemplation on Pi with music and pictures only. These two minutes of contemplation are aimed at putting, you, the viewer, in a relaxed and receptive state in order to mentally play with the two important numbers of my most recent Archeo-astronomical find. I would rather you discover their significance, as I did, rather than just be given the answer. Then in pod cast five, if you have not figured out their significance I will deliver their significance to you with the mathematical explanation of way these two numbers produce the truth they do!
So, please take the time (2 minutes) to contemplate during this episode and allow your subconscious to direct you to their significance. Good Luck! See you in pod cast Five...

‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’

‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’

After over four years of research as an Archeo-astronomer, by avocation, I discovered the Archeo-astronomical find of the time in August 2012. In October 2012 I presented my findings and was awarded the prestigious, ‘Graham Hancock Award’ at CPAK 2012 (Conference on Precession and Ancient Knowledge) in Rancho Mirage California. I have labeled my Archeo-astronomical find, ‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’. My find was discovered using Google Earth and time lapse photography.

This pod cast was originally the You Tube I made to mark, in time, the aforementioned Archeo-astronomical find for CPAK 2012.

Now, six months later I have made yet another amazing Archeo-astronomical find concerning Pi being encoded into the latitude of the Sphinx. This is very interesting to me because what led me to my discovery of, ‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’ was studying Ancient Pi or 3.142857142857142857142857 and the shadow phenomenon that takes place every February 21st and October 21st on the right paw of the Sphinx, one month prior the Vernal Equinox and one month following the Autumnal Equinox respectively. My recent find intrigues me because my study of Ancient Pi and the Geodesic co-ordinates of the Sphinx 'paved the way' for me to discover ‘Modern Pi’ ‘ENCODED’ at the Latitude of the Sphinx! (Yes, some history books may need rewriting.)

I was preparing for Pi day at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center in San Diego California with the intent of sharing my work on Ancient Pi and ‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’. In the process of that preparation an entirely new Archeo-astronomical find was discovered! This new Archeo-astronomical find, concerning Modern Pi encoded at the latitude of the Sphinx, will be the subject of my fourth pod cast.

Before I publish my fourth pod cast and my newest Archeo-astronomical find concerning ‘Modern Pi’ ‘ENCODED’ at the Latitude of the Sphinx, I am now, on 2/23/2013, publishing my October, 2012 You Tube as a pod cast for my pod cast viewers. Some of my pod cast viewers may not know what my Archeo-astronomical find entailed, ‘The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’ is.

My fourth pod cast will be published before Pi Day, March 14th
in honor of our visit to the Rueben H. Fleet Science Center, San Diego, California on 3.14 Day. There will be a celebration entitled, ‘Pizza, Pinot and Pi at the San Diego Rueben H. Fleet Science Center on March 14th.

That's all for now my star gazing friends, this is April Vihilidal leaving you with this thought, 'may the Sphinx smile upon you'!

Graham Hancock Award CPAK October 2012

Graham Hancock Award CPAK October 2012

In August of 2012 I discovered the Archeo-astronomical find of the time using Google Earth and time lapse photography. I discovered it in Escondido, California in front of my computer after five years of research. I have labeled my find, ’The Shadows on the Face of the Sphinx Phenomenon’.

It is interesting to note that Escondido, California is nearly half way around the globe from the Sphinx in Giza, Egypt.

Escondido is 117.0856° West longitude and the Sphinx in Giza Egypt is 31.1378° East longitude. Also consider that there are only 3° of latitude that separate the two locations on the globe.

Decimals Escondido CA Sphinx of Giza Egypt
    Latitude 117.0856° West 31.1378° East
    Longitude 33.1192° North 29.9753° North

Minutes Escondido CA Sphinx of Giza Egypt

    Longitude 33° 07’ 09” North 29° 58’ 31” North

Early in the morning, Thursday November 22nd, on Thanksgiving Day of 2012, my colleagues and I gathered together, many hours before our Thanksgiving Day Dinner. As the sun was rising, we all stopped to view the grace blessed
beauty of that precious miracle we can so easily take for granted each morning. The scene was absolutely breath taking in the crisp autumn air. As we all gazed upon that unique sunrise, a masterpiece of perfectly blended color and symmetry, painted by the hand of God in Nature, one of my colleagues turned to me and asked me what I was most grateful for in 2012. I told all that were gathered together that I was very grateful for having been awarded the prestigious Graham Hancok Award for my Archeo-astronomical find of 2012.

After a few paces in silence, the entire group turned in synchronization to the chirping birds nestled in the naked trees surrounding us from above. Suddenly, the silence broke when all present began to prompt me; singing out their unique version of how I could show my appreciation for being awarded the Graham Hancock award at CPAK 2012 for my Archeo-astronomical find.

As we continued hiking in our closely knit pack, swirls of crimson, gold and rusted-brown leaves danced at our boots. My husband, John and our two labs briskly forged the lead. Somehow, as our varied strides synchronized once again, we collectively arrived at the idea to create a thank you video.

We all decided that it would entail thanking Walter Cruttenden of CPAK, Conference on Precession and Ancient Knowledge for awarding me the Graham Hancock Award. The plan discussed that morning included adding information concerning my theory on Precession of the Equinoxes and a calibrated zodiac,
    ‘A New Paaradigm for Precession:
Precession and Procession of the Equinoxes.
As we culminated the creative plan and neared the end of our trail our black labs, Serrena and Shakuntal barked, wagged their tails, and shook in agreement with their tongues hanging in little white puffs of chilled crisp air. As the majestic fall sunrise spread out over the horizon and finally faded we were all filled with inspiration.

After that morning of mental deliberation and physical exhilaration, in a mode of thanksgiving, an afternoon full of creativity followed!

What you will now see is the two part video my colleagues and I manifested on Thanksgiving Day 2012.

Episode 1 'The Shadow Phenomenon on the Right Paw of the Sphinx'

Episode 1 'The Shadow Phenomenon on the Right Paw of the Sphinx'

I am an Archeo-astronomer by avocation. In August 2012, after five years of intensive research and investigation, I discovered, what I have labeled, 'The Shadow Phenomenon on the Face of the Sphinx'. Due to the light of the sun and the shadows it creates on the Sphinx as altitude and azimuth increase on Summer Solstice Day, the longest day of the year, June 21st something exta-orodinary happens! Using Google Earth and time lapse photography the Sphinx smiles because of its Geo-mathematical placement on the Earth. This phenomenon is the first 'light show'. The Ancients 'programmed' the Sphinx to smile, as the Sphinx is a Titanic Sundial. The 'smile' of the Sphinx is an 'Ancient Animation', programmed by the Ancients. The Ancients of 10,500 years ago were advanced 'organic astronomical programmers'! The Sphinx smiles at 10:17 am, but as all animators can attest to, 'the smile is a frame by frame process of time'. This Archeo-astronomical find is amazing!

    Please communicate your reactions.

    Thank you,
    April Vihilidal
