When it comes to losing weight, hormones have become this mysterious enemy or villain that we can get mad at and blame things on. And the diet industry hasn’t helped. They see this as a huge marketing opportunity. So they’re creating and selling programs left and right to help you supposedly  balance your hormones and lose weight. Is this necessary? We’ll get into all of that!
