I’m a real person just like you who loves the good things in life - friends, family, and all the delicious food that comes with it.

Corey is awesome!

I love Corey’s podcast! He is so genuine and his advice is very helpful. You can hear his passion for helping people find the best version of themselves. I have to apologize for not rating the podcast sooner, Corey! I’ve listened to almost all the episodes and should’ve rated before the end of the year to help you reach your goal. Great Show! Binge-Worthy.

I thought I knew it all, feel like I’ve read/heard it all, and believed I had all the tools when it comes to health, nutrition, and weight loss. Corey’s approach has challenged my beliefs in a way that’s been anything but discouraging. By going against conventional wisdom and introducing concepts that seem counter-intuitive, the intellectual side of me can’t wait to hear what’s next. This podcast has been a breath of fresh air and has reinvigorated my journey. Thank you Corey.

Best weight loss podcast out there!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been listing to Corey’s podcast for several months now. I love how he breaks down complex issues with weight loss into simple and digestible pieces. Corey is also not scared to tell it how it is as well. You get honestly, truth and compassion from a man who knows what he’s talking about. I cannot recommend Real Weight loss with Corey more if I wanted to. Take a chance as I promise you will not be disappointed and what do you have to lose...nothing. Well follow his guidance and you’ll lose weight along with other items you didn’t realize were holding you back. This podcast is more than weight loss. Change your brain and Change your body!
