What I needed!

I’ve been on a weight loss struggle for years. I do great but then fall off.I was looking for apodcasts to inspire and motivate me and really help me stay on track. I came across this podcast and it was just what I needed. I ended up binging all the episodes over a weekend. And I’m using the tools to help me stay on track. If you are struggling with weight loss or motivation or inspiration etc. this is the podcast you need to listen to.I thought I knew what I was doing and it was just my motivation that left but I’ve learned it so much from his shows on how I was making it way too hard on myself. I have been telling my friends like crazy about this podcast. I can’t express enough how big of fan of it I am now.

Amazing podcast

I started listening to Coreys podcast 2 weeks ago. I started with the first episode. I’m up to 81 now and I fully plan to stick with him. I was 344 pounds on thanksgiving day. I decided I’m ready to try losing weight again. I’m 32 years old and I’ve been heavy my whole life. I lost weight once with medications and doing things that weren’t sustainable. I’ve found a program that’s working well for me so far. But I needed some extra motivation. That’s when I found this podcast. I’ve learned more about my mind and the bully in my brain than I’ve ever known. Now I treat myself so much better and it’s made things so much more fulfilling. I always intended on leaving a review. Then Corey brought up the someone call 911 theory. So Corey I hope this helps you get to 100 reviews. Thank you so much for helping everyone and I. You’re doing Gods work brother. You’ve got to listen to this guy! He is the real deal and he knows what he’s talking about. After listening to this podcast for a few months I joined the Inner Circle and feel so much freedom and zero deprivation for the first time in my life. I will NEVER go back to dieting!
