Ridiculously relatable! I love it.

This is by far one of the best sources of info I’ve gotten my hands on in the past few months. I’m not sure if it’s just me but his experiences with nutrition, cycles of restriction, binging, self-sabotage, and fears of success parallel my experiences almost exactly. It’s as if he’s speaking the feelings I never found how to say. The podcast is real, genuine, and inviting. No blaming in the podcast but no wallow in self pity either. It’s a great listen about life, it’s challenges, and understanding things happen in the case of nutrition and ones health. But more importantly, it’s about understanding how to best respond. Truly awesome & relatable!
