Such helpful information

I’ve listened to this podcast while working a program for fat loss and to get stronger and Emma’s insight is so practical and helped explain the rationale for what I was doing. It definitely helped change my mindset because like many women, so many “weight loss program have been hyper-focused on calories only” and don’t help to build strength and health in the long run. Emma helps me see the bigger picture. Thank you!
