Journaling 2019

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this one.
I have so much in common with you… I wrote in my diary from 8 until I was a senior. My boyfriend who I ended married at 18 made me throw them away. I stopped journaling for years this is helping me get back at it. I have been making my own by writing questions and a food journal combined… I have never heard the benefits before… I know it helped me to be a better writer… I wrote grants like a boss. I have been listening and I have been tweaking my eating and mindset. Thank you for all you do.

Life changing in the most positive ways!!

I stumbled across this podcast after listening to Corinne Crabtree on another podcast about autism. As a mom of a daughter with autism I immediately connected with Corinne and found her so extremely motivating. I immediately searched for her podcast and started listening. I don’t have social media so I’m only using her podcast but have implemented so many new things in my life. This is changing every area of my life in the best ways possible. I’m beyond grateful I desperately needed this podcast!
