Every once in a while, I will listen to a podcast and hear something that just clicks. There was talk about the cost of our actions. I am really good at managing money but I am still learning how to eat better. I make an eating plan each day but don’t always stick to that plan. So when tempted to eat when I’m not hungry or to eat something I haven’t planned, I will ask myself this question. If you had to pay for this extra food, would you eat it? The answer would most likely be no. I like to save my money!! Thank you for sharing your client’s success story. It is making a difference in my life.
