Changing me for the better

I’ve been listening to Elizabeth for a while now, but as I continue listening to both old and new episodes, it seems that she is able to say exactly what I need to hear at that moment. For example, I just listened to episode 680 about motivation as I was working through a workout that I crawled out of bed for, and I really REALLY did not want to be doing. However, this episode got me to answer, “What would being highly motivated look like right now?” And my mindset instantly changed. It’s little nuggets like this that all the episodes give me that improve my life overall. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Perfect PD Podcast!

My favorite personals development podcast. She talks a lot about mindset and how to focus on your goals and common struggles of relationships with food and money. My favorite podcasts though are the ones that focus on the biology of the body and how stuff works and why eating clean and focusing on what you’re putting into your body is so important. I juggle a few great personal development podcasts but this has by far the biggest impact in my day to day life. Keep up the good work!!

MLM ads.

I have been an avid listener - almost daily! - for years. During a recent Q&A I thought, why does this feel like it’s an hour long pitch for an MLM? Surprise, at the end it was. That was just unconscionable to me. I really respect EB and to learn that she is prioritizing making money in an MLM over ethical business practices was shocking enough for me that I can’t bring myself to listen anymore. Also, the science in probiotics is too new to be marketed and patented like she is describing. Such a huge bummer.
