Episode 823

This one hit home with me on the subject of feeling like a hypocrite. I have basically abandoned my personal training business because I have gained weight and I don’t feel like I can train others to do what I am failing at. I have lost 150 lbs but I had lost 200 and have gained back 50. I struggle with not feeling like a fraud. The message Elizabeth shared today has given a new perspective and I am going to take action on building my business and myself! Thanks

You can’t skip the start

So glad I tuned in today! As usual EB’s messages are motivating but REAL. Not sugar coated or overly optimistic. EB tells the truth. That provides true motivation because you understand the commitment. Thank you for another great podcast.

Truly a game-changer!

Every episode is packed with wisdom and tips to help you make your life better. Elizabeth Benton pulls no punches and speaks from experience. She shares what works for her and how to incorporate those practices into our lives to see if they work for us. So much of what she talks about is 100% relatable for me. This podcast (as well as her book and other work) has truly been a game-changer for me. Pick an episode and start listening!
