Thank You. Started listening to podcast during my commute about 6 months ago. Blessed to have stumbled across Primal. Genuine, funny, honest. Elizabeth (and Chris) are the realest of the real. Her approach highlights the personal and eclectic nature of wellness. She applies her wisdom to all aspects of life, creating well balanced advice. Keep it coming!
Can we be besties?
I’ve listened to Elizabeth daily for maybe a week now and I’m convinced. She’s in my head. She speaks to me and I am obsessed. She has a great spin on things and speaks to me on many levels!
FINALLY, someone who successfully addresses "all or nothing" thinking!
Someone suggested to me that Elizabeth Benton, and her book Chasing Cupcakes (and her podcasts) would be helpful for me....a chronic "all or nothing" dieter, in need of a TRUE mindset shift. I can't tell you how my addiction to candy has now moved on to my addiction to Elizabeth Benton's wisdom! LOL!
I think what I first loved most about EB was her honesty, her struggle and that she totally "got" me (even though I am just an anoymous listener from a far). She is so warm, and gives practical and easy to understand advice that you can start implementing IMMEDIATELY. I love quashing my usual "Ill start Monday, or after vacation, or on the 12th of never" mindset. She makes SO MUCH sense, is SO FILLED with PRACTICAL ideas that resonate with me, that I just signed up for her daily text audio message to hear her in my head each day. You will love her voice, her warmth and her wisdom. I have listened to nothing but Elizabeth Benton podcasts for about a month, and feel like I am finally moving the needle on shifting my mindset (before I thought I was just too well entrenched and too set in my old ways to really make that shift). If you have ever struggled with binge eating, all or nothing dieting, the YO YO and success that ultimately gives way to self-loathing, I encourage you to buy her book Chasing Cupcakes and then dig into this treasure trove of podcasts! Thank you Elizabeth!
