My camp director recommended this podcast and I binged it before my first summer as a camp counselor. This podcast gave me so much more confidence in my counseling. Going into my second year, I’m still binging this podcast to keep getting better. It’s also great to listen to when missing camp 🏕️

I’ve been binging this podcast the last few weeks. I wish I had these resources when I was a first time counselor 3 years ago. Although I am no longer involved with the camp world, alot of what is covered is applicable to many career fields. Oliver and Matt’s conversations cheer me up and wet my appetite to maybe return to the camp world one day....
