You may have heard the term ARFID floating around the internet lately, otherwise known as Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. ARFID is classified as an eating disorder that affects kids and adults alike. We referenced it in our picky eating episode, and today we'll dig into ARFID further and talk about how to help those affected.
