His dad gets mad, goes to the boss, threatens to call the cops, and gets killed, young Hiram gets revenge on everyone but the mob boss, and then it flashes forward and Reg and Hiram go kill the withered boss, and finally, Hiram fires Reg so that he can have a good life of not-crime.
