Mia is studying Psychology and Business at the University of Arizona where she has been a member of the equestrian team for the past two years. Before her collegiate career, she was an active competitor in hunter/jumper disciplines. Spending such a large amount of time with horses, it led her to having a great interest in positive reinforcement horse training.
Kyla is a first-year student at Bloomsburg University studying criminal justice. She is a first-year member of Bloomsburg's IHSA hunt seat team. Prior to starting her collegiate career, she competed on the "A" circuit in hunters and equitation.

Archie is a top trainer, judge and clinician and our special 100th podcast guest! After a successful junior career on Long Island, Archie competed on the Drew University team where he was an IHSA National Champion. In 1992 he moved to CA where he eventually started his own Brookway Stables in Lakeview Terrace, which has produced hundreds of Champions all over the US.

is the Head Coach of the Marist College Equestrian Team located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Clare received her undergraduate degree from Marist where she competed on the IHSA team. Clare in an active member of many equine related Boards and helps run her family's Crosswinds Farm.

Leah is the CEO, Creative Director, & artist behind Dapplebay, a top-selling equestrian apparel and accessories brand. The creative mind behind Dapplebay’s sassy sayings and unique products, Ms. Kaufmann fully conceives the equine designs for the company's attire and accessories. She not only built Dapplebay into a successful business but also uses the company to celebrate a shared passion for horses between the consumer and herself.

Sherry is the Co-Head Coach of the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. Sherry and her husband Peter run the USMA program as well as source and train the ceremonial Army mules. Prior to USMA Sherry spent years travelling up and down the East Coast first as a Standardbred trainer and then training Thoroughbreds for racing.
