    This was a great episode with Maverick Pitchford founder of Bison Ridge Insurance out of Coweta, Ok.  Maverick started this insurance agency under 2 years ago.  With 3 young kids, Maverick has been intentional about a work life balance, making sure to be present in the family.  This doesn't mean Maverick doesn't have lofty goals for Bison Ridge.  He is putting the work in and seeing results.  Maverick is a pillar of the community.  He and his wife are heavily involved in the local schools and the church.  Combining that with a strong social media presence and Maverick has actually been receiving too many leads.  A problem most in insurance industry would love to have.  Maverick is a great guy with a great story.  Enjoy!!
