Ep 324 - Theory of Relativity

Ep 324 - Theory of Relativity

Tim encountered an 80-year-old man on the beach who was moving with incredible speed and determination using a walker. Despite his age, the man exuded vitality (he did not let the old man in). This is a reminder that age is just a number, everything is relative, and our mindset and attitude towards life matter more than the years we've lived.
Tim's conversations with the 80-year-old in Florida and the 40-year-old black belt underscore the idea that our mindset shapes our experience of life.

Fantastic Podcast

I’m an old student of Sensei Hoover, and I’ve got to say that I’m very happy to have this podcast with me as I go through college. I trained for about 6 years under him and he really is a fantastic mentor and Sensei. This podcast makes me really want to come back to train. Sensei Sean says hi!
