Truly a gift and transformative

I’ve been listening to Audio Dharma for several years. I call these podcasts truly a gift, freely given, from the heart. I never met Gil or the other teachers personally, but the talks have throughout the years, been slowly transforming me in many positive ways.

Audio dharma is my friend

Hello - thank you Gil, Niki, Diana and Andrea. I feel as though you and the sangha are my friends. I have learned so much about myself through your teaching. I learned to meditate through gil’s meditation instructions. All of you have explained Buddhism with kindness, compassion and a friendly attitude that has helped me treat myself and others with more care and love. I recommend your podcasts to everyone I know. Love you all!

Simply Grateful

I would like to recognize all the teachers for sharing the teachings. In the beginning the concepts were so foreign to me it was hard understand however over time I am beginning to grasp the concepts of the Buddha teachings. The unwinding of our thoughts, feeling and emotions has brought much wisdom, understanding, and insight which has contributed significantly to my quality of life.
