Episode 139, Choosing untamed to come home to your true voice, when NO is really a yes to more of you
This episode was inspired by the listeners who call forward what wants to be heard, and by a post on neutrality.
What are we choosing in this moment? We don't have to choose a "side," but we are being called to choose who we are. To stand in our pure love presence. To say no to what we need to say no to, to say yes to what we need to say yes to—because to not choose is to give our tacit or implied consent to whatever, or whoever, has the loudest voice.
Episode 138 Moving in the direction of Love with Gabriela Gutierrez
Christine’s guest is Gabriela Gutierrez, a scholar, & practitioner of oracular arts & shamanism. The episode opened with a discussion about opening to joy/ecstasis even in the face of the traumatic events that we are currently living. In closing we talked about dreaming, which Gabriela says we can choose to perceive as the healing landscape that can inform our life whether we are awake or asleep—so the impossible becomes possible.

Episode 137, Your Sacred Self Care and joy as an act of resistance
For many of us how the new consciousness is coming in is not what we “thought” it would look like, and yet it is exactly what we KNEW it would be. Because everything we thought was part of the lies, everything we (heart) knew is part of the truth.
Each day we can choose to release more of what was never us, tuning back into the truth of ourselves. Coming h(om)e to you.

Episode 136, Exploring the nature of self healing and the evolution of the human experience
This is an exploration of the nature of healing and what is changing and evolving for us as humans in this now moment as we consider opening to more of our own self healing capabilities.
Exploring the beliefs we may have stemming from the common thought program that says if things don’t run smoothly, you have done something wrong. Noticing what beliefs we are still carrying that are feeding an outdated system through the metaphor of a parasite, allowing what needs to fall away to do so with grace.
Episode 135 Become Full of Your True-self
Finding your new footing on an evolving Earth. Inspired by the phrase full of yourself, this episode explores the question, “If you’re not full of yourself, who else and what else are you full of?” This episode is an invitation to explore how much self you are full of, and what are you ready to release that is not you?
It’s an invitation to expand into more of yourself through the lens of adventure and wonder.

Episode 134, Waking from the dream of who you thought you were—to embody more of your true self
Embodying our true selves. At this moment we are releasing, or turning on their heads, the old stories and narratives that have kept us sleeping. In this episode, podcast host Christine Pensa invites listeners to flip the story of Sleeping Beauty on its head, to re-imagine that the “prince” is actually your soul tenderly waking you up to embody more of your true frequency in this now moment.
The truth is simple—we are here for Love.

Excellent podcast! Emma and Christine do a great job of creating a sacred safe space for us women to gather and learn how to take better care of and prioritize ourselves. I walk away with some very tangible actions to implement into my daily life that I’m excited about.
When the student is ready the teacher appears.
Incredible! So magical as I enter this sacred circle.
The very first and only episode I will listen to had the guest state “I almost needed a man to say to me ‘love includes all of your humanity’” how on earth could you say this podcast about female empowerment with such a clearly entrenched patriarchy belief set. No thank you.
