Episode 51: Liz and Jeff's Story, Then & Now
We have Chef Jeff filling in for Laura today! We thought this would be a perfect opportunity for the original 3 musketeers to sit down and reflect on where it all began with Liz & Jeff, and the shifts in their relationship over the past 10 years. We take you back to where they first met, how their relationship took form, and how Libby was their third wheel along for the ride! Libby puts them both in the hot seat and asks them questions about their last fight, what their favorite thing is about each other, biggest challenges they've overcome as a couple, their different parenting styles, and new favorite family traditions they've started.

Episode 50: The One for Everyone
This one is for the single girls, girlfriends, fiancés, wives & mamas! No matter what stage you’re at, we somehow cover it all in perhaps one of our most favorite recent episodes! We dish out some tips for our future brides, and Libby shares the best piece of advice she received from her Dad. Do weddings need to be extravagant? Do we need this fairytale wedding or does that become less important with age? We discuss the importance of having those difficult conversations PRIOR to engagement and “putting it all on the table” sooner rather than later. OH let’s not forget the Bravo drama! You know Laura & Libby had to relate this back to Summer House & The Valley’s couples most recent splits. We shift over to the mama talk – how do you know when you’re ready and how do you know when you’re done?! Liz & Laura are in the THICK of it with their young kiddos, talking about how no one prepares you for how busy schedules can get once they enter elementary school. Last but not least, we do a little rapid fire Q&A on relationships – how to get out of a lull, how important is sex and intimacy, is it ok to keep secrets, and can a relationship get worse before they get better? Tune in for our thoughts!

Episode 49: The Five Love Languages of Children
In the past we've talked about love languages, but we just recently read the book "The 5 Love Languages of Children" by Dr. Gary Chapman and Dr. Ross Campbell and we think it is a MUST read for parents. We learned all about what each love language means, how to figure out which one is your child’s specific language, and how us as parents can tweak our behaviors to connect with our kids on a deeper level to keep their love tanks full.
Who knew acts of service, quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation or gift giving could help us relate to and strengthen not only relationships with our partners, but our kids too!
The book we read can be found here: The Five Love Languages of Children

Episode 48: Toddler Sleep Solutions with Stellina Ferri

Libby's son Joseph is 3.5 years old and has been sleeping in bed with her for over a year, so we're calling in the expert to help break this habit! Stellina talks to us about understanding toddlers sleep needs, introduces the concept of a nighttime routine chart, and how to transition toddlers into their own beds with a few simple methods.
Now through the end of May, Tweet Dreamzz is giving 10% off to all BWC listeners! Just tell them we sent you after your phone consult!

Episode 47: Our favorite things ATM
Today we are doing some rapid fire questions about anything and everything we are loving right now! We dish out our favorite beauty and skincare products, household appliances (lol @ the little things that excite us), recent books we've read, family recipes, etc.
Libby recently read the book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt which opened up a conversation about the mental illness epidemic the gen-z generation has/is going through with the boom of social media, and how the conversation of mental illness is much more broadcasted in the world we live in today vs. our parents generation.

Customer Reviews
absolute favorite podcast
HOT TAKE - this is the best podcast out there right now! As a new mom, this podcast has been SO relatable! I literally feel like I’m sitting with the Bad Wives just chatting about life when I listen every week (and totally wish I was because they’re so much fun!) I look forward to Wednesdays because of them! 💜
Fake reviews?
Is it a coincidence that all the five star ratings occurred in a weeks’ time… or did they hold a contest for a janky body oil begging for reviews so this podcast will be monetized?
It’s weird they act like celebs with the “HOW WE MET” topics. Like another review says - vapid.
Hanging with my BFFs!
These bad wives and moms are so relatable — no matter what phase of motherhood you’re in. I love listening to them; they’re so down to earth, funny, and sweet. I cannot thank Libby enough for discussing her experience with postpartum rage. These women are very successful in their own careers and affluent, but they are so real and get vulnerable on the podcast that it feels like I’m having a conversation with my own best friends with zero judgment. I love the guests that they have on, always on point. This is a must listen-to podcast!
