Greetings, beloveds... I'm back! I think it's been about a year since I made an episode, and it's been a wild ride. So much beauty and so much difficulty. In this episode I explore reconciling with being alive in this world at this time as a Highly Sensitive Person, my own practice of Imaginal Somatic Alchemy, and how Beauty Feeds the Soul.
It's unscripted and off the cuff, as I am just glad to be back in the broadcasting seat and letting the inspiration flow through. I pray that there is something of nourishment and that this is a beauty that feeds your soul.
