Why You Think You All That?
Who told me I was good enough to follow my dreams? Who said I could try to be on TV? Who do I think I am being confident when I am feeling good? How do I know that I can do whatever I want in this life? What makes you think people are going to even like you or what you do? What makes you so special?
Sound familiar???
I'm going to be transparent, I go through my bouts with fear, worry, stress, self-doubt, and depression like the best of us. I need to be reminded that I'm good enough, and most times, those confidence pep-talks come from me through staring in the mirror, through prayer, meditation, in the silent moments when I'm chillin or taking a drive. Then there are moments when I have to get checked by someone else that see's my value when I don't, even if it comes in the form of criticism or haterade.
