George has been appointed to the panel of FIFA Internatational referees since 2016 and was selected to officiate at the Tokyo Olympic Games. In this episode we touch on his extraordinary journey to Tokyo, culminating in being chosen to be an assistant referee for the Gold Medal match. We talk about out some of the challenges that he has faced during his officiating career as well as what it feels like to reach the top of your chosen sport.
