Being a Better Virtual Supervisor My Circus, My Monkeys

    • Education

Supervising can be challenging when there's not a pandemic going on. In this episode, we'll talk about how to assess how you're doing supervising under this new virtual reality. Most people aren't even aware they aren't getting the support they need from themselves or their supervisors. We'll talk about how to look at this from the lens of your talents, make the changes you need to improve your wellbeing and your supervising. Then we'll talk about how to do the same with your team, so they have an action plan to get through this chaos with less stress and more productivity.
The #1 way to increase employee retention at your institution is by investing in supervisors! One great way to invest in yourself and your team is to join us for the summer cohort of the Supervisor Strengths Institute.
We are revamping the Institute to make it even more manageable for your busy schedule. It’s the same great content but we’ve condensed it so you can work through each week’s modules and start implementing change even faster.
We know life can too easily get in the way of you staying on track, so we’ve also added a bonus for everyone who completes all eight weeks of learning. You get an additional 60 minutes of our time! You can use that for more individual coaching, a short team session, or to receive a discount on a longer team workshop.
We want you, your team, and your students to shine their brightest, and that starts with you. Register for the summer cohort of the Supervisor Strengths Institute. It starts on Tuesday, May 28th and runs through July 23rd. You'll get the support you need to better manage your energy, stress, and your team.
