Positive

Nick and Amanda bring such a breath of fresh air to the running community and running podcast space. I enjoy their lighthearted humor and balanced perspectives on running. The fitness space can be incredibly toxic and elitist, and Nick and Amanda are the antitheses of that. I look forward to their podcast each week. It’s quickly become one of my favorites.

I’m Not That Susan!

I’m a 54-year-old runner, 9 time half marathoner who found this podcast and everything I’ve heard resonates with what I believe in, health vs. performance; you don’t have to do what everyone is doing; and goals are not linear. Thank you Coaches for validating the feelings of runners who are doing this sport for fun!!

The podcast we need from coaches who GET IT

I was already a mega Amanda Katz (aka Coach aka Bad-B-Bones Builder) but this podcast has taken my love to a whole other level. And expanded it to Nick Klastava, too!! I absolutely love their chemistry, and so appreciate the style with which they share their expertise. So many running or fitness-focused podcasts can feel either sterile and clinical, or elitist and condescending. I love that these two are so committed to meeting people where they’re at currently, and call out harmful b.s. in the fitness community that might fly under the radar. This was an automatic subscribe after just the first episode. Bravo!
