We are awash with information on exercise, and a lot of it is not science-based. Additionally, various topics including quantum mechanics, LEAN Six Sigma, and mental health can inform our application of exercise. Endnotes is a walk through the various topics supporting exercise prescription.
Hormesys exists to educate on the application of precision-based exercise programming using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), point-of-care lactate testing, remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), molecular exercise physiology, dosing exercise for mental health, and other interventions.

BFR-Link Trailer
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is an exercise technique that has been heavily studied and shown to be beneficial, albeit, with little press. BFR involves using compression around the upper arm or leg and enables rapid strengthening with minimal weight. Additionally, combining BFR with traditional weightlifting and aerobic exercise enables the muscles to function like a giant endocrine organ. With various combinations of exercise certain proteins are released that interact with the liver, pancreas, and brain creating proven benefits for diabetes, dementia, and arthritis. Listen and learn the latest in exercise science.
