    Today I have the great pleasure to welcome Mr. Bitthal Khaitan, Senior Cloud Engineer at CVS Health based in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, USA. CVS Health, a prominent Fortune #4 healthcare solutions company in the United States. With more than 12 years of experience, Bitthal has played a pivotal role in driving cloud data-driven initiatives using a versatile technology stack encompassing Google Cloud, Teradata, Big Data, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, and Python. 

    Before his tenure at CVS Health, Bitthal spent eight years at Tata Consultancy Services, Asia's largest IT company as a Data Engineer where he collaborated with Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Cigna Healthcare, DaVita Kidney Care, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals on critical projects involving enterprise data warehousing, big data lake development, and cloud migration. 

    Bitthal holds a bachelor's degree in computer science engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata. He is also a member in esteemed technology organisations like IEEE and the British computer society, as well as a technology advisory board member at Packt, a UK-based technical book publishing company, demonstrates his dedication to shaping the industry's future.     She serves on the editorial and reviewer board for several international journals such as the Journal of IT in Industry, Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, Journal of Information and Management etc. She also involves in several committees and membership such as IEEE special group Big Data Technical Committee, member of the Association of Information Systems and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK, representing Malaysia in the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) and was one of the founding members of SAS user group Malaysia.

    Dr. Angela Lee holds the degrees of BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology, Master of Science in E-Commerce, Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice, and a Ph.D. in Computing. She also completed the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Business Analytics Specialization course and has gained data knowledge and analytics mindset to describe, predict, and inform business decisions using big data in the areas of IT, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations. Dr. Poo works as Lead Data Scientist at BAT where he applies his combination of research and industrial experience in Big Data Analytics, Data Mining, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to provide innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.

    With over 15 years of academic and research experience, Dr Poo is a passionate practitioner in the area of Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. A graduate of Nagoya Institute of Technology (Japan), Dr. Poo holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Computer Science, a Master of Information Technology, University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a Bachelor of Science, University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

    Besides that Dr Poo also serves as a mentor in the NASA International Space Apps Challenge, founder of the Malaysia R User Group Malaysia (MyRUG) and TensorFlow and Deep Learning Malaysia Group. Dr. Poo also provides consultancy on data strategy for companies in various sectors including finance, telecommunication and technology startups.
