BLBB011 - You Know What 5 And A Half Is Half Of?

Well, I had such a good streak going for a bit, but life... finds a way. This episode was recorded around 6 months ago (whoa), so we're finally almost through the old recordings. In this episode, we hit a very important milestone, Teague makes a very special gift for the listening audience, Brendan unveils his new vigilante persona, Teague's new job, chemical burns, a magic hate-cat from the comics, and Steve's Quality Market. Hey! Hope you enjoy it.

BLBB010 - $25 Worth of Clown Ice Cream

With an episode from some time in January, we finally get into our double-digit episodes! We're pretty nearly out of these super-old eps, so soon we're not gonna make outdated topical references, except for the ones we intentionally make, like in our real lives. Somehow, this is one of our shortest episodes. Maybe even shorter than the minisode. HOW?
Another quick note about part of this episode, we spend a few minutes talking about the Youtuber JonTron. I just wanted to mention that neither of us has ever been particularly familiar with this guy's videos, and this was recorded BEFORE I was aware of his racism. In this episode, I thought he was just a regular-style moron. Sorry about that!
Otherwise, we totally miss our own dumb Christmas in July joke, talk about how Teague's (now former) boss is the best to a scary degree, Dead Gentleman's Dark Dungeons/Attack The Darkness and how JonTron is too stupid to understand them, The Eternal Friendly's Gift Card, Bren can't say Lin Manuel Miranda's name, fucking up a knife real bad, and a Very Trustworthy Health Supplement. That's a lot of subjects for one of our shortest episodes ever!

    BLBB009 - A Year Unreviewed

Hello! We're back! Maybe! Probably! Temporarily? I hope not!

GOSH I missed us. I finally found the time/the willpower to get this episode edited. Just checking my notes... Yup, we recorded this one in 1974. Little late, sorry you guys. Get ready for some severely out of date topical goofs maybe. The first 2 and a half minutes are weirdly prophetic. Also, we're sick, and it's f*****g gross. We talk about illness, both physical and mental, Teague catches a Squirtle, The Giga-Loaf, how much we like Black Mirror, which mostly turns into us talking about British actors we like, the fact that we were TERRIBLE students, AND we explain the origins of our deadly feud with Audible. *COUGH* enjoy *COUGH*

    BLBB008.5 - The Minisode

Okay first of all, whatever man, you're not our boss. Ain't nobody our podcasting boss. Second of all, hello! We made a mini-episode because we missed the sounds of our own voices so much. Gosh, we are crazy busy in our real lives. And hey! that's a thing we talk about in this mini episode. We also talk about brunch politics, earworms, and the best name for a certain kind of shop. Plus, we finally figured out a sign-off! We're very excited! It's very stupid! Come be excited and stupid with us, won't you?

Check out this big-ass waffle iron, too!

    BLBB008 - The Disaster Episode

    BLBB008 - The Disaster Episode

Man I don't even know when we recorded this one, gang. And who knows if it was worth it. You know how we have no idea how to end an episode? This one stands as a monument to the fact that we don't know how to start one, either. Plus, this one is a little short, because some time bandits came back from the future and f****d up one side of the recording. COOL MOVE, FUTURE. Although if it makes you feel any better, mostly we just talk about Brendan having an existential crisis, and even though his side has a lot of laughing and I don't remember what I said, there is almost no way it would have been fun. Although I do know I was talking about chicken burritos to lighten the mood at one point. But before that happens, we discuss shitty neighbors, and... I already forget what else and this one is a hot mess. Just listen, or better yet don't. En...joy..?

Also, here's Bren's crazy icon of some dark god of steel and industry.

BLBB007 - What Year Is It?

BLBB007 - What Year Is It?

Hey, remember us? I sure don't! No but for real, this episode was recorded so long ago that I didn't remember any of the stuff we talked about. And I still don't remember anything from when I first started editing the episode forever ago. What even is this podcast? That question will become more urgent, and yet even more unanswered as you listen. From what I have heard, we talk about a really big guy, we don't bother to explain why it's been so long between episodes, how Brendan likes throwing me under the bus, a very, VERY spooky forest, and we introduce a brand new segment!

Hey if you're listening to this, and you were bummed out that it's been so long since we released an episode, THANK YOU! Seriously, it's so weird and cool that anyone checks out this strange little thing we make together. I hope it makes you laugh. I don't care if it doesn't, though. Episodes should become a little more regular again, since we've got a couple stocked up, and there isn't so much keeping us from working on the show anymore.
