I have been following the blog in the podcast for the last year. I really like bike James coaching point of reference, his thinking outside of the box, and his training tips. At times, he can get very wordy making his points, which makes his line of thinking hard to follow. But the podcast notes help keep me on track, and overall I find this very quality experience.

Lower Order Education for Enduro strength training

Lack of understanding In exercise physiology and human biology when discussing how to train for MTB enduro. A lot of hot air and repeating statements that don’t really get answers.

James has very good content and some great guests on the show. Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the audio quality, which is pretty poor. Glad to see a new episode posted today and was hoping this continued.
