Should not be free

Listener for years now and this is hands down the best collection of cycling performance information out there. It should not be free haha. I am also a subscriber of TR and have increased my FTP by 50% over the past couple years on largely low volume plans and with an inconsistent schedule. It’s the real deal.

Thanks to the TR team.

Really great cycling talk

Not a subscriber (yet), but I love the podcast. I appreciate the longer format. We can always catch up later if it’s too long.

For Bike Nerds ,

Trainer Road - Ask a Cycling Coach Podcast

TR user and recreational endurance gravel/MTB rider. Even though I am not race focused I learn something useful every podcast. Practical and high level knowledge covering every aspect of cycling (physical, mental, equipment). All the stars.
