From podcast to marketing gimmick
Have listened for the past year and found that initially they felt full of great info and interesting variety of interviewees. Lately it’s become just packed full of TR flogging and answering customer questions. Could save me 15-20min of skipping if they just flushed out FAQs and maybe hired some more support staff.
