Great show either podcast or YouTube. This gang are dedicated and experienced. I don’t even use the Trainer Road system but there is just so much knowledge to be gained, and the panel is so charming, that it’s a must listen for anyone serious (or getting serious) about cycling.

Best cycling training podcast ever

Amazing podcast. Great hosts who love what they do and share invaluable information. Provide endless motivation and insights to make you faster and fitter. A can’t count the number of times I’ve been struggling on the bike only to have them address my exact issues days later. Like ESP. Ten thumbs up. And TrainerRoad is amazing too. If you’re on the fence, just do it.

This podcast will make you a better cyclist

First of all, nothing is hearsay on this podcast. You will hear peer reviewed study after peer reviewed study. Occasionally, to a fault. 😂 But it’s great. They use science to help us understand what we can do to be a better cyclist. Covering everything from nutrition to race plans, to workouts—you will get faster from listening to this podcast. I have.

And if you use their product, you will get significantly stronger. Just make sure you’re working on your bike handling skills too. I’ve seen plenty of dudes turn their engine into a Ferrari with TR, but it’s a Ferrari engine in a 1980 Buick LeSabre. Gotta keep working on handling because the power will come. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself taking out a random stranger at Tulsa Tough.
