Gavin and Pastor Mike are must see (listen) tv! These guys are absolutely hilarious! Since the beginning of the year, I have tuned in every week and they never disappoint. From hot topics, to politics, to sports, they cover it all!

The show has so much potential, if they could only find their own identity and stop modeling after the JBP. Also with a platform and a voice comes a certain amount of responsibility and these guys continue to perpetuate separation amongst the black community. As an African American of Caribbean descent it’s disheartening to hear that black Americans don’t consider Caribbean people black. That is the most ridiculous thought I have ever heard from my people. Now, there are cultural differences but that has nothing to do with being black. America doesn’t get to dictate what blackness is in this world, especially when black peoples everywhere around this planet still suffer racial stereotyping and oppression from every other racial group. If we don’t show unity amongst ourselves the rest of the world will never really respect our people. Another issue with this show is that the hosts tend to lend to topics they clearly are not well versed on. The show has great moments when the discussion is familiar to the hosts but other than that some conversations come across as low IQ. Both hosts are likable but some work is needed for them to get to the next level.
