Keeping it real
This was the first time I heard someone keep it real about burnout within black women and not try to cover it up by providing helpful tips that put a Band-Aid on the symptoms. She kept it real during the podcast and validated my feelings about black excellence being a scam. Thank you so much for saying what others are afraid to say. You gained a listener in me.
Intrigued
So, I haven’t listened to any podcast shows in over 7 years, literally! I was actually invited to share my story on another podcast & that’s coming up in a week. So after being invited onto a podcast show, I’m not interested in the podcast world. As algorithm does what it does, I come across this podcast & literally only listened to the 3 min segment & I’m immediately intrigued! I’m so inspired & had to move in the moment & share this review!
