    !!BONUS EPISODE!! This bonus episode provides good giggles for sure, and surprisingly some tears from everyone surfaced as gratitude is expressed fairly early in the show. I love my girls! THE episode where I introduce one of my sisters' A'laja, and my nieces Bailee and Khloee. A'laja is a first year student at Cleveland State University, on her early journey to a successful life. She has some gemz of wizdom as a new college student who's getting adapted and ready to conquer the world. Aware ain't even the word. I'm so proud! Bailee and Khloee on the other hand are also on semi new journeys as they too attended a new school and has some amazing gemz to take with you, even as adults. I encourage ages 13 and up to listen! I am thankful to I learn so much from being around them and believe this will not be the last time you hear of these three. So stay tuned for more in the future. ENJOY!     Growing With The Flow ft. Lamont

    Special guest Lamonte pulls up and graces the platform with his calm, relaxed and grounded personality. His serene energy is just outright contagious! From a very young age, he always had a solid determination to achieve anything in life he wanted. It could be his old soul, or what I like to call reincarnation. I just know that this man has been on this planet before lol. He touches base on his move to New York six years ago to attend a Culinary Arts college to further manifest his desires of becoming a cook. He then went into Hospitality Management and now has moved on to be an Event Coordinator for a Luxury Apartment building. He reveals what initially motivated him to make the move at that time in his life, how it allowed much space for him to grow and adjust to his new settings. He has and will always have a strong desire and passion for music. He speaks about it being healing and how he will one day come forth to heal others through music. He is such a free spirit and I absolutely love to have a free-spirited folk around me. People like him encourages me to expand my manifestations, to accept the possibility of being uncomfortable, and to allow myself to grow more and apply that pressure! Further into the episode we chat about facts and experiences on self-awareness, peaceful rising routines, passions vs. purposes, probable misperceptions of one’s own character and more.

    What Does Life Look Like To You? ft. Helen Burroughs

    On Season 1, episode 1 Helen dives into her growing stages of becoming a successful black woman, who attended University of Toledo’s Pharmaceutical Sciences Program, and graduating in pharmacy administration, with a double minor in chemistry and business. She talks about her determination during her school years and the amount of growth it took for her to become the woman she is today. Helen always knew throughout her life that she would do more outside of just Pharmacy and shortly after graduating and being in her profession, Helen and her integrity was tested tremendously when she chose to take her professionalism to Florida. She unlocks a numerous amount of levels within herself to become as free as she is today. Now as a licensed real estate agent and President of H&R Burroughs Realty, she is able to speak about her experiences, sharing wealth and what life looks like for her.
