Blossom Your Awesome Episode #38 Intentional Gratitude With Deborah Hawkins
Deborah Hawkins has been blogging on gratitude and mindfulness since 2021 with over 500 reflections on everyday experiences and tips to keep gratitude top of mind.

You can find those at her website - No Small Thing.

She calls it Intentional Gratitude. Deborah uses intentional gratitude as a way to living a happier more dynamic life.

She also helps people combat depression and offers ongoing optimism for those stuck and struggling in life.
Initially, she began this practice to work her way out of her own depression. Now, it is her mission to show people how they can examine their own experiences of gratitude and use this understanding to lift their mood and live happier lives.
Offering practical tools and examples that help people find resiliency during challenging times and optimize good feelings when things are up..
Her two books,  The Best of No Small Thing – Mindful Meditations  and  Practice Gratitude: Transform Your Life — Making the Uplifting Experience of Gratitude Intentional, along with my zoom-enabled class, Helium for Your Heart: Elevate Your Outlook With Intentional Gratitude, demonstrate a fresh approach to a gratitude practice that is fun, authentic, and confidence-boosting.  Her personal story, which includes childhood trauma and depression, is relatable and inspiring.

Jack Canfield, co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul® series, interviewed her and posted this review on Amazon about the collection, The Best of No Small Thing — Mindful  Meditations… “I love this book. I couldn’t stop turning the pages. These stories teach us how to be aware and to be grateful for the little things in life, which, in reality, are not little things at all.”
