    We have heard all of our life that words are powerful.
    They have the ability to tear down or build up. That isn’t new information. And I would say we have all been on both sides of that. We have all said something that we wish we could take back. And we have all been on the receiving end of words that we wish we never had to hear.
    Today I want to share 3 ways our words can have a positive impact on someone else. We are going to talk about affirming someone's strengths and gifts, inspiring someone to take a bold step forward, and building confidence in someone by our words. 
     Be intentional about the things you are saying. Be the voice in someone's life that makes them take that next bold step forward in something. Be the voice that encourages and inspires. Be the voice that is building confidence in someone!

As someone who lived in South Africa for the first 2 years of marriage, I get it! I also understand the beauty and growth that happens when you live in another culture!

    Insecurity…it’s something we have all felt and we hope we never feel again.
     The reality is, there are going to be moments where we don’t feel secure. Whether it’s because of something someone said, what we think when we look in the mirror, or maybe the messages we are hearing all over social media. I know there have been moments in my life where insecurity has gotten the best of me.
     In today’s episode I want to share 3 tips for feeling more confident. We’re going to talk about dressing your current body, being intentional about the content you are consuming, and speaking kindly to yourself. 
     As women, we are the best at tearing ourselves down but if you don’t hear anything else today, I want you to know that you are seen and valued! There is a way to feel more secure and confident as a woman and I hope this episode encourages you to do just that!

    I remember when I first became a Mom I thought that I’m going to teach my kids so much as they grow. I’ll teach them how to eat, self-soothe, walk, run, how to play sports, how to be kind, forgive, love others, all the things!
    I don’t think I could have been prepared for all the lessons and things that I would learn from them. Or that I would learn by simply having them part of my everyday life.
    In today's episode I want to share with you 3 things that my kids have taught me. I love being able to reflect on my time as mom and be able to see moments where my kids have shaped my life.

I love the helpful tips that Claudia shares on this podcast! She’s insightful, practical, and encouraging in each episode. Plus — the episodes are long enough to include good content, but short enough that I can listen to almost a full episode in my car on my way to pick up my kids to school!
