Religion and Mental Health

I really enjoyed this podcast! This topic is an interest of mine, and I’ve also presented on the topic as well. I grew up as a PK and realize now as an adult how important it is to address the total person, and not just the Christian self. Yes prayer works - but we know sometimes much more is needed. Churches have a long way to go in addressing mental health, but as your guest stated - more churches are starting to become much more progressive and open. Thank you for highlighting this topic.
