    447. Andrew Wells (Eidola / Dance Gavin Dance)

Join Andrew and I as we get into all things going on in his world as of now.

Andrew shares the details as to what is going on in Dance Gavin Dance with former vocalist Tillian being out of the band now. What the guys have planned for the future of the band, how exciting it is to approach the band from this renewed sense of excitement, and if we could see former members coming back into the fold in various ways.

Andrew also opens up about how Eviscerate, the first in the adventurous double album Eidola JUST released. How it's been to see the reaction to that album a week after its release. As well as what we can expect from the follow up, Mend.

Andrew also talks about the future of Eidola now that the ambitious concept contained within the bands music has now come to an end. We also talk about other mediums he'd like to tell this story, and a break down of the touring/music industry for a band of Eidola's size.

You know we always go deep on these, this one is no exception.

    445. Lochie Keogh (Alphawolf)

    445. Lochie Keogh (Alphawolf)

Join Lochie and I as we talk about some of the funny criticism of the band from a fan online. We also talk about recent tooth issues we both have suffered.

Lochie opens up about the bands latest album, staying true to the bands vision of what they wanted to achieve with pushing their sound in new areas, while also honing in on what they’ve done previously.

We also get into the issues of being a band from Australia and touring opportunities for them. How they ended up getting Ice T on a song, and what that co sign means in the grand scheme of things, as well as the pressure and responsibility of being a headline band and how you pick your support from showing love to bands that influenced you to making sure the up and coming bands get some love too.

All this and more in my chat with the Alphawolf frontman.

    444. Sam Hawkins (Drinks With Johnny Podcast / Sam The Hawk Toys)

Join Sam and I in this epic conversation as we get into the nuances of the podcastsing world.

How it's been for the Drinks With Johnny crew from the shows inception to now. Changing how they release episodes, and how Sam joined the show as the booker for the show as well as now being a co host on the show.

Sam and I get into some wrestling talk, how he and Johnny almost were a part of Sting's intro for his final match. A playful rib he had DDP play on Johnny, and a bit about having a Bravo housewife on the podcast and how we both know a lot about that world through our wives.

Sam also talks about how he got into making one off toys of guests and other artists that he's into and the joy of making this thing for them as a sign of appreciation for their craft. Talking about kids and trying your best to allow them the freedom to explore their creative side and much much more in this chat.

Join Keith and I as we chat about his upcoming solo album, Infinity Now.

We dissect his writing process and how he's able to compartmentalize who a song should be for. We get into what it would mean for Keith to find success as a solo artist, delve more into some of the lyrical inspirations for record, including how an ayahuasca trip helped Keith pen one of my favorite songs on the album.

We get into how the landscape of the music industry has changed with DSP's, roll out for albums and much more in this chat with the Breaking Benjamin guitarist.

    442. Ghostkid

Join Sebastian "Ghostkid" Biesler and I as we catch up on each others lives from the last time he was on the podcast a few years back.

We get into the growth of Ghostkid, both in a visual aspect as well as the musical side of things. How the journey of finding himself has been, and how the new album is a bit of a concept album and some of the bigger themes at play within.

We also touch on the upcoming US tour, the bands first, and what fans can expect on this run. Sebastian also talks a bit about flirting with sobriety, and how it's not necessarily due to an issue, but just kinda taking inventory of where you are in life....and how that has carried over into other facets on his life and much more in this expansive chat.
