A Must-Listen

I’m a fan of Sam and Pat, as well as Bri and Chris, and this podcast is a wonderful combination of the two. Even if you’re unaware of their work, this is a must listen for anyone in therapy, anyone who has been in therapy, or anyone dealing with mental health issues. It’s honest and authentic, but with good humor. The hosts have great chemistry and make you feel like you’re hanging out with good friends.

Had me howling in two minutes

I love this! The chemistry between these two is undeniable (whether they're actually friends or not remains to be seen (KIDDING)) but for real, it's a super great way to talk about what could be a tough subject. You've gained a listener that will come back time and time again

Bri and Chris and Sam and Pat are Depressed and Funny and Insightful

I'm a big fan of the web series Sam and Pat are Depressed as well as being a big fan of the creator/stars Bri Castellini and Chris Cherry. So of course I was excited to listen to the companion podcast! While it probably helps to watch the web series before listening to the podcast, the episodes stand on their own with fascinating discussions of therapy, mental health issues, and favorite foods. Also, if you haven't seen the web series, what are you doing? Go see it! And also listen to this!
