During a recent consultation with one of my VIP clients, we explored this very question. Should they expand into a larger physical space, or pivot towards online courses to reach a wider audience or do we just sit tight for a bit.  
It's easy to get sucked into the hustle of grow, build, and scale.  But on must look at the logistics, the numbers, the stress level of what you can truly handle and how it affects those you love.
