So true! I completed the Strengthsfinder the first time several years ago individually. It was helpful but nothing compared to my second completion which was part of a group exercise facilitated by LV. Wow! Literally, a life changing experience I would recommend to all leadership/management groups to assist individuals to understand themselves and their team members. The podcasts are great reminders of the sessions. Some specific takeaways today: don't pigeon hole a person based on a specific strength, Strengthsfinder is not a hiring tool, AND ask for Leadership Vision help when you need some assistance.
