This podcast really helped with my stress and anxiety, I do this every morning and every night before bed. I recommend this to other teens and adults who have severe anxiety and stress about the day, this also helps to reset and relax. So in my opinion if you can’t relax or you’re fixated on something or your stress and anxiety has caught up with you listen to this.
