Calming but choppy

Your voice, music, and descriptions are very calming! But chopping your sentences into 2-3 syllables at a time takes away from the flow and makes it feel choppy. I’d suggest saying whole sentences without breaking it up so much. Thanks for considering!
Best way to wake up

I listen to a few of your meditations every morning before I start my day… Instead of watching TV or listening to a book. It helps me get ready for my day thank you.

The sample is terrible and the music is like children’s tv. Wish I could give negative stars.
Calming and relaxing

I find the voice very soothing, along with the commentary. And the background music is very relaxing as well. This podcast has helped me through many tough episodes over the past year.
