Sound issues

I wish I could message you privately versus putting this here, but not sure how. I love your work but recently I have had a lot of issues with the episodes being one volume level and then jumping louder halfway or further. I tried again last night and was nearly asleep listening to one of the sleep ones and then your voice got super loud. I checked my phone settings and don’t have anything that should interfere. I was hoping you might be able to double check whether this has happened to other listeners. I can’t listen at bedtime while this is happening. I hope it is fixable and I can restart. Thank you
