Love Lilly!

This podcast has been my one and only go to meditation podcast for the past year or so. Lilly’s voice is so relaxing and she really knows how to set each meditation up to benefit the listener. I fully recommend this podcast

Wonderful

This is a fantastic podcast that I listen to several times a week. Highly recommend!

I also realize this is just a personal thing that should not hinder my ability to meditate, but I would use this daily for my meditation if there was some music or some soundscapes behind the meditations. In this world, it’s so hard to drown the noise out to connect with the self and I really need help with this.
