Im just a 8 year old kid .i cant sleep but with this podcast i can.this is a gr8 podcast. I have a ??? Why do only women need to hear this podcast??????why can’t boys watch this or men??? That’s why I give in 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🚫.

Fantastic for anyone who has trouble sleeping!

I started listening to these guided meditations when I started therapy to give my mind time to “unwind” and they have helped so much and I’ve quickly become a form of comfort and relaxation!

Came for the meditation…

The guitar was too distracting and I was unable to complete the meditation.
