In this episode Liz explains why you should present a vision rather than ask for permission, how to create a safe and transparent work culture, and how working in the private sector doesn’t mean you left higher education.

Check it out (and we’ll 'social listen" to find out what you think)!

What you do is not who you are

Loved listening to episode 2 with Dr. Harrington. It’s useful information that can be beneficial to any leader in any career field. Thanks for this platform to help us all succeed while taking care of ourselves.

Generalities

Sounds good. Sounds professional. They are both excellent, relaxed speakers, but I can’t figure out what it is they actually do. If they are university/college problem solvers, I would like to hear “specific” problems and challenges they deal with, and then examples of “specific” ways in which they solve those problems or attempt to solve them. Perhaps the purpose here is to deal in broad generalities - just to get others thinking and talking about any and all issues in higher education?
