The Fox News Rundown

It's been over four months since WNBA player Brittney Griner was detained at a Moscow airport, accused of carrying vape cartridges with cannabis oil. Now, the basketball star resumes her trial in Russia facing drug charges that could land her 10 years in prison. After receiving a hand-written letter from Griner, the White House assured her family that the administration is working hard to bring her and other wrongfully detained Americans home. Retired CIA Clandestine Services Officer and FOX News Contributor Daniel Hoffman joins the Rundown to discuss what Griner’s experience in a Russian court will entail, a possible prisoner swap with a Russian arms dealer, and how the issue is sparking international tensions amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
